I offer in-person services to clients in Central Texas and telehealth to clients remotely. I have been trained to conduct teletherapy through the American Psychological Association.

Guiding Principles
As a psychologist, I believe that we all do the best we can with what we’ve learned from important relationships and life experiences. Sometimes, the strategies that once served us no longer work, leaving us feeling overwhelmed or stuck. This distress is a signal that growth is possible—and with the right support, it’s within reach.
My role as your therapist is to create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself freely and gain greater self-awareness. Every person’s path is unique, so I tailor therapy to your specific needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including client-centered, interpersonal process (IPT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), and cognitive processing (CPT) therapies.
